Broken — stuck on “Already Paid"

Making a game unlock work cannot be rocket science. I’ve downoaded the game twice now and rund through to the point where it requires an unlock. The first, that game simply crashed after I purchased it. Now, the game and the store acknowledge that I have paid for the game, but it constantly cycles back to requiring that I purchase the game. Guess I’ll ask for a refund.
